2. Since we have not received any previous email from you, the reason we have not replied to your “previous email” is because we have not received any previous email from you.
3. We have not had a chance to read it, because we have not received any previous email from you. We are therefore unaware of when any previous email might have been sent, what its contents might have been, and what kind of response may (or may not) have been necessary.
